Dr. Richard Levine was born and raised in Toronto Canada. He completed an honors degree in Biology in 1988 and then obtained his medical degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1992. After completing two years of internal medicine training at the University of Toronto, Dr Levine completed dermatology residency training at McGill University in Montreal in 1997.
Dr. Levine is double board certified in Dermatology and Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgery. He is a fellow of The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Levine ran a solo practice in Boulder Colorado from 1997 to 2017 which he subsequently sold to The University of Colorado. He has been living and practicing in Florida since 2022. In August 2023 he joined Blue Ocean Dermatology as a full time dermatologist and Mohs surgeon.
Dr. Levine enjoys practicing medical dermatology and skin cancer management. He has a strong background in a wide array of cosmetic procedures as well. In his spare time Dr. Levine enjoys spending time with family, tennis and cycling.
